PROGRAMME:

First Day:

Early departure to the city of Chiclayo, reception and transfer to the selected hotel.Departure to TUCUME to visit its archaeological site, famous because of its pyramids and terraces that surround in radial form the Magic Mountain, which is traditionally called as El Purgatorio or "La Raya".

It offers the visitor an unparallelled panoramic vista from 24 to 26 pyramids which cover an extension of 49 Km. Among the other pyramids which make up this huge complex are: Huaca las Estacas, Huaca El Mirador and so on; the high development in fishing, trade and agricole activities.

Later we go to Lambayeque to visit the new and modern Museum of the SIPAN ROYAL TOMBS, which has 10 exhibition rooms, where you could admire the theasures of Lord of Sipan and a big collection of ornaments in gold, silver or copper, and the treasures of Lord of Sipan as well.

Also of interest is the baroque church of San Pedro, which stands on the Main Square 27th December; Casa de la Logia or Montjoy, whose 64 metre long balcony is said to be the longest in the colonial Americas, and you can't miss the chance of visiting the confectioners' of the city .

Second Day :
Continental breakfast. In the morning transfer to the archaeological site of HUACA RAJADA 33 km east from Chiclayo and 2 kms of Sipan Village, where a tomb of an elit character has been found. He has been called LORD OF SIPAN (Moche 200 to 700 A.C.), the majesty of his ornaments and the high level of the technological development in goldsmith work make him consider as the most important archaeological discovery in the century. We visit the Site Museum and excavations.
One overnight stay at the selected hotel.

Third Day :
Continental breakfast.
At convenient time transfer to the airport.

Excursions: A visit to the new MUSEUM OF SIPAN ROYAL TOMBS, where jewels of Lord of Sipan HUACA RAJADA are exhibited; and the Site Museum as well.
