PARACAS- IMPERIAL CITY-RUTE OF SUN-FLIGHT OF

DIA 01.LIMA / IN
Arrival to city Lima,transfer and accomodation to the hotel .
DIA 02.PISCO/ Ballestas Islands (peninsula) - national reservate
of Paracas / CUSCO
Breakfast. Transfer from your hotel in Lima to the busstation, from
where you travel to Pisco by Royal Class bus. On arrival in Pisco
Transfer to the port of el Chaco in order to go to the Ballestas
islands by speedboat. In short time we will be surrounded by a lot
of sealions, seagulls, pelicana, Jan van Gendts and Pinguins.lunch
fish and seafood ,After the visit to the islands we continue our
tour through the desert to the national reservate of Paracas. In the
afternoon transfer to busstation in order to continue your holiday.
Transfer to the busstation, from where you travel to Cusco by Royal
Class bus.
DIA 03.CUSCO.
PM.Arrival to cusco, accomodation in the hotel ,afternoon free
It is recommended that you rest to become accustomed to the altitude.
in the night visit Center Qosqo art native (typical dances of cusco)
transfer to your hotel. Overnight in a nice hotel .
DIA 04.CUSCO CITY TOURS Y RUINAS ALEDAÑAS
AM. Breakfast. Free in the morning.
PM The trip will start with the visit of the Temple Koricancha , The
Main Square or Plaza de Armas, The Cathedral and continue to the
surrounding ruins: The Fortress Sacsayhuaman, the most important
Mystical centre from Inkas time Qenqo, the military control centre
Puca pucara and the water temple of Tambomachay . Return to the
hotel and free night.. Overnight in a nice hotel
DIA 05. SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS.
AM. Breakfast. Pick up time is from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. to
start the tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will visit the
artisan fair of Corao, the viewpoint of Taray, the town of Pisaq
place in which we will visit the artisan market and the famous local
market where is carried out the product interchange, then we will
visit the archaeological group of this place, in the zone of
Urubamba will lunch, later on in the evening we will visit the
places of Ollantaytambo and Chinchero, after visited these places we
will return to the city of the Cusco. Overnight in a nice hotel
DIA 06. MACHUPICCHU SANTUARY
AM. Breakfast. Very early (5:45 a.m.) we will transfer from your
hotel to the San Pedro train station, will travel to km 110, during
the train route we will be observing the to diverse landscapes of
the zone of Anta, the valley of Pomatales and the valley of the
Willcamayu (Urubamba river), arriving to the town of Aguas Calientes
around 10:00 a.m. immediately we will approach to the bus station to
take the bus that will take us to the arqueological site of
Machupicchu, in which we will enjoy the guidance for to 2 hrs.
Finalized the tour you will have determined time to continue
exploring it, so in the afternoon will take the bus that will bring
us back to the Cusco town. Overnight in a nice hotel
DIA 07. CUSCO/ PUNO.
AM.Breakfast transfer hotel/bus first class to puno route of the
sun. Cusco is located approximately 390 km. far away from Puno. In
the passage of Cuzco towards Puno, we will appreciate huge
landscapes within which we will find important touristic places.
This excursion will allow us to know Puno by being started off Cuzco
and at the same time to visit the nearest places of interest in this
route. We will leave Cuzco very early in the morning (before 7
a.m.). Our bus is equipped with toilets and managed by three people:
a driver, a bilingual guide and an hostess. We will approximately
make our first stage in Andahuayllilas, located 40 minutes far from
Cuzco. This small city is well-known by its church that dates from
the begining of the XVIIth Century. It is also known as the "Sixstine
of South America" due to the magnificent pictures that it presents
and through its altar chiseled in gold.
Soon we will arrive to Urcos, where every sunday
we will be able to find a typical market where barter is still
practised. We will also appreciate ample agricultural valleys that
belong to the diverse cultures of Peru.
After 218 km we will have arrived to Raqchi,
where the temple of Wiracocha is located. According to the legend,
the son of the Inca Yahuar Huaca had an encounter with the God
Wiracocha in this place. Wiracocha said to the Inca's son that his
father was in danger of death in Cuzco, threatened by the Chancas.
He reunited immediately an army and he leaves decided to fight in
Cuzco to save his father. He won the battle, and to be thankful to
Wiracocha he raises a temple in the place where he appeared. When
Yahuar Huaca died, his son takes the name of Wiracocha.
The temple is formed by a main building that was
occupied by the Inca and by annex constructions destined to the
nobility. We will be also able to appreciate traditional cultures
and numerous places that served to store foods destined to pilgrims
of Cuzco.
We will continue our way until Sicuani where we
will eat.
The landscapes are going to change little by
little, becoming every time more barren. Soon we will arrive to La
Raya, culminating point of our route, at 4.335 meters of height.
Our following destination is Pucara, where we
will visit the Lithic Museum. This museum allows to appreciate the
evolution of Andean people from the first men until the Inca's time.
After Pucara the route will be through high Andean plates under an
unreal clarity. The reflects of the sun in the lakes and in the
rivers are unique in this place.
After more than 9 hours of trip we will have
arrived to Puno where we will appreciate the Titicaca lake. Picking

DIA 08. UROS- TAQUILE UROS TAQUILE
Am.Breakfast.Collection and immediate transfer to the port of
Puno, to board your motor boat. After 40 minutes of travel we will
arrive at the floating island of Uros, where we will have a 30
minute visit. We will then go to Taquile Island arriving after about
1.5 hours. Here it is necessary to climb from the principal port 540
steps (approx.) but on request of the passenger it is possible to go
to a second port where it is not necessary to climb stairs. In
Taquile we stay about three hours, after which we return to Puno,
and are immediately transferred to station bus to Arequipa.
DAY 9.AREQUIPA.CITY TOURS AND CAMPIÑA
Transfer to the hotel,breakfast, We will go to wards lookout
sites ( view point) of YANAHUARA,CHILINA, CARMEN ALTO and CAYMA
Square We will visit the factory of confection and wooler fabrics
made of VICUÑA, HUANACO and ALPACA.
-after wards we will continue towards SACHACA lookout (view point)
from where we will see the city with its large field, the three
volcanos which are all around and the volcanos of the COLCA Valley.
Later on we will visit the FUNDADOR Mansion (an ancient house) where
we will see objects from XVI and XVII centuries and after that the
SABANDIA Mill. Lunch in Tourist Restaurant, Visiting the
CATEDRAL, PLAZA DE ARMAS, COMPAÑIA CHURCH.
Visiting the most ancient COLONIAL HOUSE, PLAZA
SANFRANCISCO, church and Convent SAN FRANCISCO.
Next we will go to FUNDO EL FIERRO(artisan market).
And SAN LAZARO.
At the end of tour we will go to SANTA CATALINA Monastery which is
the most attractive site the city. In the night Transfer to the
hotel

DAY 10.Arequipa-Colca
Duration: 2 days and 1 night.
-8.30 a.m.to leave from the Arequipa.
-Visit to the national reserve AGUADA BLANCA (4000 m.) where we will
see Vicuñas in their natural condition.
-We will have mate de coca and then we will head for the 4800 m.
where are will observe birds, in their natural habitat (a lagoon),
we will arrive to the view point the volcanos.
-1 p.m. we will arrive to CHIVAY, after lunch you will be given some
free time.
-we will go to THE CALERA.(thermal baths).
-Apter dinner we will go to the peña folklorica (typical music) and
then back to the hotel
DAY 11;
-Breakfast in the hotel.
-we will go to CRUZ DEL CONDOR for about two hours, we will to see
condor fly and then on the way back we will stop at different
villages.
- Lunch in Chivay .
- Back to Arequipa (arrive appox. 5 p.m.) ,transfer to the hotel.
DAY.12. OUT.
Breakfast in the hotel,transfer to the airport or bus terminal
